The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA) gives you the right to request access to records held by a private body such as Lamo Solar, where the record is needed to exercise or protect a right.

How to make a request

Send your request in writing to info@lamosolar.co.za, or deliver it to:

Please include:

• your name and contact details;
• a clear description of the record you want;
• the form of access you prefer (a copy, or to inspect the record);
• the right you wish to exercise or protect, and why the record is needed for it.

We will confirm receipt and respond within 30 days of receiving the request, as the Act requires. A request fee may apply, and we will tell you before any fee is charged.
