Tshibvumo is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lamo Solar. He is an electrical engineering graduate from Wits University with capabilities in design, analysis and problem solving as well as critical thinking. He is currently completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Wits Business School and is investigating the economic viability of distributed generation of renewable energy in rural parts of South Africa. He is an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who is open to new ideas and challenges whilst paying special attention to detail with a creative flair and is outcome-oriented.

Central to his core values is the creation of a platform that seeks to establish equal educational opportunity for all, particularly academically deserving and financially needy youth. He has been a volunteer of Thusanani Foundation since its inception in 2010 and is currently one of the directors. His passions extend to the development of sustainable infrastructure in schools across South Africa in order to create environments that are both conducive and viable for learning.
