Lamo Solar installed our 1,5kWp solar system with 200AH Battery backup in May 2015 following the submission of a proposal detailing the works. Despite some technical challenges with the existing house and wiring the successful installation took three days to complete. The work was well and carefully done by the team who remained cheerful and diligent throughout.

Lamo Solar were good to work with and provided all the necessary backup to queries both before, during and after installation. It is recommended that careful analysis is carried out of the electrical consumption before deciding on a strategy to address the requirements be they, energy cost reduction, to avoid load shedding or simply to add resilience to the utility electrical supply. Lamo Solar have all the necessary expertise and skills to carry out complex and difficult installations.

While the goal in our instance was to avoid load shedding the critical and costly component such as the charge controller and inverter are sized and have the capacity for the system to be upgraded should we desire
